Located in the sensitive Wanstead Park Avenue conservation area, Mike Tuck Studio were tasked with designing a new 2 bedroom house on an infill plot. The constrained site and sensitive location called for a small, but intricate design with a subtle presence on the street and imaginative strategies for allowing daylight to reach the back of the plot.
